Software License Agreement
Effective Date: August 1, 2024
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between DOOMSCROLLR ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Licensee," "you," or "your") who subscribes to our services through Stripe.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DOOMSCROLLR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the DOOMSCROLLR platform (the "Software") for the duration of your subscription.
2. License Restrictions
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to any third party;
- Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Subscription Fees
The Licensee agrees to pay the subscription fee based on the selected plan (doomscrollr, doomscrollr+, or doomscrollr pro) via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. The Licensor reserves the right to change the subscription fees with prior notice.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement commences on the date you subscribe via Stripe and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling your subscription through Stripe. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement, without refund or credit.
5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with DOOMSCROLLR. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Software is transferred to you.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Software, you agree that we may collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable data protection laws.
7. Limited Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DOOMSCROLLR does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

DOOMSCROLLR reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DOOMSCROLLR regarding your use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
